The role of mud separator
A mud separator is a device used to separate solids from liquids in a solid-liquid mixture. It achieves the process of solid-liquid separation through the action of rotation and centrifugal force. Principle of Mud Separator
The principle of mud separator is based on the centrifugal force and the difference in the density of the liquid to separate the solid and liquid. In a mud separator, the mixture enters a rotating centrifuge through a feed tube, at which point the liquid and solid are separated into two distinct phases. The higher the centrifugal force, the better the separation.
