 Hondin CNQ series desilter is the third class solids control equipments in well drilling solidscontrol, the usual cones are 4", 5", and 6". Used to separate 15~47um particle out.According to clients' treating capacity requirements choose how many cones.

Desilter has high separating capacity and wide range of separating size; the cyclone underflow port is under pressure umbrella "wet bottom" sand discharge so that the particles in the separation area can be discharged quickly, reducing the probability of underflow port clogging; advanced small two-screen mud vibrating screen has large handling capacity, low noise and long screen life; symmetrical liquid inlet organisation makes the cyclone flow distribution reasonable and work stably.

its separation medium drilling fluid through the sand pump to generate a certain pressure and speed, along the inner wall of the cyclone spiral into, the coarser particles in the centrifugal force and gravity along the inner wall of the cyclone spiral sinking, discharged from the bottom flow mouth, falling in the following fine mesh vibrating screen on the separation, the rest of the medium along the cyclone spiral rise.
