Jet mixing device is used to prepare or increase the total amount of drilling fluid, change the drilling fluid density, viscosity, water loss, etc., all need to put the drilling fluid materials (bentonite, barite powder, etc.) and the corresponding chemical additives (polymers, etc.) into the recirculation tank, if directly put into the drilling fluid will cause a lot of precipitation of drilling fluid materials and chemical additives or agglomeration, and can not get a dispersed, uniform drilling fluid.
Jet mixing device is used in conjunction with oil drilling cementing system, which can meet the weighting and preparation of drilling fluid for 1500m to 6000m drilling cementing system. The mixing device consists of a sand pump and a jet mixing funnel mounted on a base with manifold valve connection. It is safe, reliable and easy to move and transport.
