HDZS584 shake shalker produced by Hongding Energy is the first level of solid-control equipment in drilling mud solid-phase control system, separating a large number of drill cuttings carried by the mud from the well brief so that the mud enters the second level of separation equipment. The screen can be used alone, or double or multiple use, the company can provide the corresponding diversion pipe sinks.

HDZS584  is a high-frequency linear vibrating machine, which is equipped with three screen frames and two vibrating motors. And it has the feature that the angle of screen frame can be adjusted manually when drilling, when HDZS584 vibrating screen is running, the angle of screen frame can be adjusted between -1° and +5°. Thanks to the innovation of structural design, HDZS584 vibrating screen can separate the drill cuttings particles efficiently. The vibrating motor is fixed to the screen frame and positioned on the screen bed by means of a high-strength support beam. Positioning the vibrating motor in this way enables the excitation force (G-force) to be applied directly to the screen fabric. Vibration isolation protects the base frame from the vibrations of the screen frame. The screen bed is slightly raised to facilitate the tensioning of the screen cloth. Tensioning the cloth in this way improves the performance and extends the service life of the cloth. The slurry feed is channelled into the HDZS584 vibrating screen via the feed box.
