Deep wells will use oil-based mud when oil & gas drilling,  the oil-based oil drilling process rock chips can not be discharged. To respond to the national environmental protection requirements, the company independently developed core processing equipment for oil-based rock chips, the equipment can reduce the rock chips' oil content greatly, and the solid phase is used to make no-burn bricks and pave the road of the wells, the liquid phase in the centrifugal machine through the large aspect ratio processing, and ultimately to reuse of the oil-based liquids, the equipment not only meets the requirements of environmental protection, but also saving costs.

HDVC-950  vertical cutting dryer is a kind of equipment to separate solid-liquid mixture by using centrifugal force generated by mechanical rotation, which can recover the liquid phase part of oil-based rock chips. The chips pass through the inlet and enter the space between the screen basket and the screw via the distribution disc. it rotates at a speed up to 820RPM with a separation factor of 360G. Under the action of this centrifugal force, the liquid phase and small particles (centrifugal liquid) flow through the material layer, through the screen basket, and along the upper cover into the liquid collection tank on the upper part of the machine base, and then through the liquid discharge pipes located on both sides of the machine base to be discharged out of the machine; the solid part of the drill cuttings are kept on the inner side of the screen basket, because there is a speed difference between the rotor scraper and the screen basket, the rotor scraper scrapes off the solid part of the cuttings from the screen basket. Because of the speed difference between the rotor scraper and the screen basket, the rotor scraper will scrape the drill cuttings from the screen basket and push them to the bottom of the screen basket, so that the dewatered drill cuttings will be discharged to the collecting hopper under the machine or to the bottom screw conveyor. This dewatering process is continuous and sustainable and can be applied to the disposal of oil-based cuttings as they are drilled.
