Mud cleaner is a compact structure, occupies small space area, powerful, is the ideal choice for drilling mud for two or three solid phase control of efficient cleaner equipment.
The mud cleaner treats the solid particles in the drilling fluid through its internal equipment such as desanding cyclone, mud removing cyclone and vibrating screen. The specific treatment process usually includes the following steps: Desanding cyclone treatment: first, the drilling fluid will pass through the desanding cyclone, this equipment is mainly used to remove larger solid particles and sand particles. The desanding cyclone utilizes the principle of cyclone flow to generate centrifugal force to separate the solid particles, thus purifying the drilling fluid and preventing the abrasion of drilling tools by large particles. Desliming Cyclone Treatment: Next, the drilling fluid enters the desliming cyclone, a device primarily used to remove smaller solid particles and mud. The desliming cyclone continues to utilize the principle of cyclone flow to separate the fine solid particles, ensuring the cleanliness and stability of the drilling fluid.
Vibrating screen treatment: Finally, the drilling fluid will be further screened and filtered by vibrating screen. The vibrating screen separates the solid particles and impurities remaining in the drilling fluid by means of vibrating the screen mesh to ensure that the quality of the drilling fluid meets the requirements, and at the same time prevents the solid particles from being deposited in the pipeline and clogging.
Through the above steps, the mud cleaner can effectively separate, filter and screen the solid particles in the drilling fluid to ensure the cleanliness and stability of the drilling fluid.
